Welcome SpiritCreeper. I see some people's posts are going into moderation for approval. posts shouldn't require pre approval. If for any reason your posts don't appear as soon as you make them PM me. It's helpful to know when it happens so I can figure out what's causing it.

I have three strikes against me. I am totally alien having never integrated, always on the periphery of social engagement if not experiencing outright rejection. I am also age 78 and diagnosed as autistic at age 76 (fourth strike with one foot in the grave?) I too am an ex-pat NAS member---so hello everyone.

Hello Everybody. I'm finally off the N.A.S. tit... I had over 50 friends there (35 who actually have P.M.ed me, some who had the possibilty of making the leap to real life friends) but it's finally been taken over by the borg or something similar.

When I rejoin, I'll most likely get my BIO to point to this site. There's no point in having an Aspergrs site that censures you for being autistic.

I'm hoping this site will at least initially prove to serve as a refuge for the more self aware (or at least interested in trying) perhpas we should be recruiting from the other site.

I'm still running my film night every sunday night..
